Workers Comp Cases

If you or one of your family members has been seriously injured or a family member has been killed in an industrial accident, there's often going to be workers compensation issues. At The Ammons Law Firm, we've been dealing with worker's comp, as we call it, since the inception of the firm, workers compensation provides a limited remedy, if your employer has workers compensation insurance, it will provide you some medical benefits, treatment typically with a company doctor and it will also provide for weekly benefits, they're very limited and very restricted to the type of injury that you have, and there's a schedule that will apply. There's a different type of remedy that you should be looking for, it's called a third-party remedy.
