Wrongful Death Attorney Discusses Deputy Killed by Drunk Driver
Locals to investigate the death of the deputy constable on the drunk driver that it's not the only one responsible for his death. Scott Clayborn was killed when the drunk driver slammed into his patrol car, Pincher's alcohol level was more than three times to legal limit. When Pincher hits Clayborn's car, the deputy wasa working on the off duty job protecting a construction crew from W.W. Webber.
Clayborn's family believe that Scott should've been protected by one of these. It's called a TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuators, designed to shield construction crews from driver's by absorbing a blow from the crash. Industry standards call for the devices to protect crews which is not working behind the concrete barriers, the family is suing the W.W.Webber that was represented by Rob Ammon.
