BIOGRAPHY
After graduating from Brigham Young University with an undergraduate degree in business administration, David was awarded a full-tuition scholarship to Baylor University School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude and served as a Technical Editor on the Baylor Law Review. During law school, David had the distinct honor and privilege of serving as a judicial intern for Judge Alan D. Albright of the Western District of Texas and working as a research assistant for James E. Wren, the Leon Jaworski Chair of Practice and Procedure and Co-Director of the Executive LL.M. After law school, David remained at Baylor to earn an MBA from the Hankamer School of Business.
David is first and foremost a family man; he cherishes his time with his wife and three kids. He also loves to explore the world, having traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean. David notes his greatest achievement thus far in life as completing the Waco Ironman 70.3.
