Ford Pays Family of Florida Man Killed in F250 Rollover

The Ammons Law Firm has successfully concluded a wrongful death case brought against Ford on behalf of the surviving wife and three children of a 59-year-old Florida man who suffered fatal head injuries when the F250 he was operating rolled over after being struck by a wrong-way driver. In the lawsuit, Ammons claimed the pickup was not crashworthy because the weak roof completely collapsed over the driver’s head. The roof’s failure was alleged in the lawsuit to have deprived the man of critically important occupant protection and directly caused the injuries that killed him.

Responders to the scene of the crash cut the man out of his seat belt and transported him to the emergency room where his death from extensive skull and brain injuries was pronounced.
