Workplace Negligence Attorney Rob Ammons Files Lawsuit for Texas Man Injured in Fall

A Texas worker, age 54, was seriously injured when scaffolding on which he was working came apart, causing him to fall. The worker suffered a lower back fracture in the fall.

In a lawsuit filed by Rob Ammons on behalf of the injured worker, it is alleged that the company that erected the scaffolding failed to assemble it properly at the job site, failed to inspect it, and failed to take the engineering, safety, operational and procedural precautions necessary to ensure that the scaffolding was safe for use by workers. Ammons also claims the scaffolding erector failed to follow industry standards.
