COMMENTARY ON TIRE DEFECT ACCIDENTS BY ROB AMMONS
A tire failure can alter a vehicle’s response to driver inputs in significant ways. A sudden unanticipated tire failure can often lead to loss of control and rollover. That appears to be the situation in this instance. Due in large part to decisions by automakers, rollovers continue to be one of the deadliest types of crashes. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of the driver.
