Fatal crash on Grand Parkway shuts down all westbound lanes in Houston

HOUSTON, Texas- All westbound lanes of the Grand Parkway were shut down following a fatal crash involving at least one vehicle.

Footage from the accident shows one vehicle flipped over on the roadway.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing. No additional information was immediately available.
