WHITEWATER, California—A 28-year-old woman from Palm Springs, California, passed away in a rollover crash after losing control of her vehicle and overturning on I-10. The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on October 16, 2022, just east of Whitewater, California.
California Highway Patrol reports suggest that the driver was traveling eastbound on I-10 in a Honda Accord when her vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons. The Honda overturned nearly 100 feet from the road, coming to rest in the open desert.
