Joseph Via Killed in a Forklift Accident at a Packaging Plant on Grumbacher Road in York, Pennsylvania


York, Pennsylvania — One person died in a forklift accident at CP Flexible Packaging, located on Grumbacher Road. A parked tractor-trailer was also involved in the incident.

According to reports, Joseph Via III was found unresponsive and trapped between a forklift and a parked tractor-trailer. He had apparent injuries and was transported to the hospital, where he passed away.

No further details have been provided.
