Motorists Injured in Rollover Crashes May Recover Compensation for Their Injuries
I am grateful to learn that no one was killed in this crash. Rollover accidents are one of the most deadly of all vehicle accidents, and those injured in this crash are fortunate to have survived.
Nevertheless, the reports are clear that young men and women suffered serious injuries, many of which will likely change their lives forever. These injuries will be accompanied by substantial medical costs and physical pain and suffering. Such harms are compensable damages under the law.
Many of our clients injured in single-vehicle rollover accidents assume that they have no way to recover the compensation they need to cover their medical expenses and other damages suffered in the crash. However, this is not always the case.
Vehicle manufacturers are required to design their vehicles to withstand the force of a rollover accident. In a perfect world, vehicles would be constructed with sufficient strength to prevent all serious injuries and death. Unfortunately, many vehicles are not produced to provide this level of protection, and innocent occupants suffer the results.
This vehicle will need to be inspected by trained auto defect lawyers to determine if the occupants were injured because the vehicle was not sufficiently strong. Our firm has handled over a hundred single-vehicle rollover accidents for victims across the country and can help single-vehicle rollover accident survivors determine if they have a claim against the auto manufacturer.
These are difficult cases that take time. However, when facing serious, life-changing injuries, it is important to ensure the vehicle is designed properly to protect its occupants.
The Ammons Law Firm represents clients nationwide in catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, with extensive experience in complex auto/tire defect and commercial vehicle cases.
