Our firm has handled many single-vehicle accidents over the years where it appears the driver Is at fault for the crash. However, after a detailed investigation, we found that factors outside the driver’s control caused the crash. In these situations, the law gives the injured trucker the right to bring a claim against the responsible parties and recover compensation for the harm sustained in the crash.
If an independent investigation conducted by trained legal professionals reveals negligence on the part of any party, including the manufacturer of the truck or tires, then such parties should be held financially responsible for the harm caused in this crash.
