These men may be able to hold the tire manufacturer responsible for their injuries and damages
As tire defect attorneys, our job is to help motorists injured in tire-related crashes determine the cause of the blowout and hold the responsible parties accountable for their injuries. Our firm investigates an alarming number of steer tire blowouts on big rig trucks across the nation, resulting in devastating accidents and injuries. Many of these accidents are caused by defects in the failed tire.
When a manufacturer produces a defective tire, the manufacturer is responsible for injuries sustained in an accident caused by the failed tire. To determine if this tire was defective and whether these men can recover financial compensation for their injuries from the tire manufacturer, the accident will need to be investigated by trained tire defect attorneys. To ensure an accurate investigation, it is important that investigators be sent to the scene of the accident as soon as possible to collect and preserve all remnants of the tire. With the remaining tread, investigators can conduct a thorough tire analysis and determine the exact cause of failure.
We have handled hundreds of these cases for injured truckers across the nation and have the resources and training to hold tire manufacturers responsible. Our firm works on a contingency fee basis, meaning our clients are not charged upfront fees for our services, and we are only paid if we can successfully resolve the case for our clients. These are difficult cases, but they provide an avenue of relief for victims of serious injuries when there is nowhere else to turn.
This is a devastating accident that will have a long-lasting impact on the lives of these men. While I am grateful both survived this crash when so many do not, they have a difficult road ahead, and I hope they can both recover fully and speedily.
