Fatal Multi-Vehicle Rollover Accident on Highway 89 North of Flagstaff, Arizona

Flagstaff, Arizona – A northbound sedan was rear-ended by a vehicle on Highway 89, causing a deadly multi-vehicle rollover. The incident took place on Tuesday night at approximately 6:16 p.m.

According to reports, after the vehicle rear-ended the sedan, the “at-fault” party crossed the median and entered the southbound lanes of Highway 89, where it rolled multiple times. The rear-ended sedan was also forced off the road and rolled several times.

A passenger of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Medical personnel transported both drivers to the hospital for treatment.

Alcohol may have played a factor.
