Man Dies in SUV and Semi-Truck Accident Near Ames in Story County, Iowa


Story County, Iowa – Around 5 p.m. Tuesday, a semi-truck and SUV collided at the intersection of 590th Avenue and 210th Street. The accident happened in an uncontrolled intersection.

The SUV driver, Mark Cunningham, was trapped in his vehicle and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
