Thoughts on Rollover Accidents

Our vehicles should protect us in crashes, not harm us. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Some vehicles on our roadways have dangerous defects that lead to serious injury or death in rollover accidents. When this happens, the manufacturer of these defective vehicles should be held responsible for the irreversible suffering their product caused.

Trained professionals will have to conduct an independent investigation to determine whether the pickup truck in this crash provided the occupants adequate protection or if it caused their injury and death. We have handled over three hundred rollover accidents for people across the country who lost loved ones or suffered injuries in trucks and SUVS that failed to provide the basic protections one would expect. Did the pickup truck’s safety features function properly? Did seatbelts restrain, airbags deploy, and did the roof retain its shape?

If an investigation finds that the pickup truck added to or caused death and injuries, the manufacturer should be held responsible for its negligence.
