HAMPTON, Va. – On Wednesday at approximately 3:41 p.m., a pickup truck occupied by Robert James Brooks and Dale Andrew Blair attempted to make a left turn onto Aberdeen Road when a dump truck traveling eastward struck the vehicle.

Mr. Brooks and Mr. Blair were pronounced dead at the scene.
