Truck and Bike Accident Claims Life of Cyclist Woman on Admiral Kalbfus Road in Newport, Rhode Island

NEWPORT, R.I. – Before 8 a.m. on Wednesday on Admiral Kalbfus Road, a bucket truck was executing a left turn onto Hillside Avenue and struck a cyclist as she was passing by on her electric bicycle.

The cyclist was transported to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
