Truck Driver Runs Stop Sign Causing Accident and a Fatality on SR 85 in Buckeye, Arizona


BUCKEYE, AZ — An accident between a semi-truck and a car in the early hours of Thursday morning caused a fatality.

The crash transpired shortly after 5:30 a.m. within the northbound lanes of SR 85, situated at milepost 152, near the intersection of Southern Avenue. Information is limited; however, images show the car pinned beneath the semi-truck.

One individual was pronounced deceased at the crash site, and additional injuries were reported.
