Thoughts on Head-Collision That Took the Life of  a Passenger-Vehicle Driver

Most head-on collisions are a result of human error. Some of the most common causes of head-on accidents include an intoxicated, fatigued, or distracted driver. When fatal accidents like these happen, trained professionals need to investigate the cause of the accident so all responsible parties can be held accountable.

While it is too early to draw conclusions, an accident that takes place at 3 a.m. may be caused by a fatigued driver. Some truckers drive past the hours federal regulations allow in a day to meet deadlines or from pressure from their employers to make deliveries on time. When this happens, and a tired driver causes serious injuries or deaths, the truckers and their employers can be held accountable for their negligent actions.

A thorough investigation by trained professionals will determine all the factors and wrongdoers at fault for this tragic accident and help bring them to justice.
