Tire blowouts caused by defective tires must be investigated

Tire blowouts are sudden and violent events that cause significant harm and chaos on the road. While tire failure can occur due to various factors, such as poor maintenance or road hazards, it can also happen because of a poorly designed or manufactured tire.

Sometimes, tires leave the manufacturer with a defect in its design or construction. These faulty tires have no business being on our roadways. Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring their products’ safety and preventing faulty tires from endangering lives on our roads. When defective tires lead to accidents resulting in injury or loss of life, the manufacturers must be held accountable for the harm suffered.

The exact cause of the tire failure in this accident remains unknown. However, a thorough investigation conducted by trained professionals equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources is essential to uncovering the cause of the blowout. Tire defect litigation requires specialized expertise and experience to navigate the complexities involved. Our firm has over thirty years of experience litigating tire-related accidents and has helped hundreds of innocent victims hold tire manufacturers responsible for the harm suffered due to defective tires.
