Truck Driver Seriously Injured when Crane Truck Catches Fire and Tire Explodes on U.S. 287 in Mansfield, Texas


Mansfield, TX – A truck driver suffered serious injuries when his crane truck caught fire, causing one of the tires to explode. The incident happened Friday night in the northbound lanes near Broad Street, along U.S. 287.

Residents in the vicinity reported hearing the explosion. Mansfield police have reported that the fire was contained to the axle and wheel system of the truck.
