Two Workers Crushed by Steel Pipe at Jindal Tubular USA LLC in Port Bienville, Hancock County, Mississippi

Hancock County, Mississippi – Two workers sustained severe injuries at a pipe manufacturer facility. The incident occurred Friday morning at Jindal Tubular USA LLC in Port Bienville, where the two men were employed.

According to reports, a large steel pipe rolled over the workers, crushing them and leading to critical injuries.

According to authorities, one man was killed as a result of the accident.

Jindal Tubular pipes range from 24 to 60 inches in diameter and measure from 40 to 80 feet in length.

The surviving family and injured worker deserve justice after this tragic incident

Workers have a right to carry out their jobs without being injured. When this does not happen, those responsible for the harm they cause have to be held accountable. The loss of life and serious injuries will cause devastating results in the lives of those affected. If the employer or third party is responsible for this harm, they should be held financially responsible.

Employers have the responsibility to create and maintain an environment that prioritizes safety. This includes not only creating safety training but also making sure it’s followed. People are not injured and killed on the job unless a ball was dropped by someone at some time.

An investigation by trained professionals will help uncover the factors that led to this tragic event. If any wrongdoing or negligence took place, the injured deserve justice for their pain, suffering, medical expenses, and loss of wages.
