Clayton, NC—A concrete truck overturned on U.S. Highway 70 after experiencing a tire blowout. The incident took place Thursday morning.

According to a trooper at the scene, the truck suffered a tire blowout and despite the driver’s efforts to maintain control, the vehicle overturned.
