Furthermore, the plaintiff asserted the doctrine of respondeat superior, claiming that all acts committed by employees, servants, and/or agents of Volt Power, LLC and Artera Services, LLC, including those of the defendant driver, were within the course and scope of their employment with the defendants. As a result, the defendants were deemed vicariously liable for the actions and omissions of their employees, servants, and/or agents.
