Thoughts on who is responsible following a tire blowout accident

Tire blowouts are dangerous because they happen without warning. Their suddenness leaves drivers with limited reaction time, heightening the risk of serious injuries or even fatalities. When incidents like this happen, and someone is harmed, finding the cause of the tire failure is essential.

Most motorists are unaware that tire failure can stem from defects in the tire’s design or construction. This means the tires were faulty from the time of production and should not have left the manufacturer. When defects are found to be responsible for a blowout, the manufacturer must be held accountable for their negligence.

We do not have definitive information on what caused this particular tire to fail; however, a thorough investigation by trained professionals who will examine the tire can shed light on the underlying factors and determine the root cause of the blowout.

If it is determined that the tire is defective, the manufacturer should be held accountable for all medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and any other harm suffered by the injured motorist.
