Thoughts on collisions between semi-trucks

Every time they hit the road, truck drivers face danger. When tragedy strikes a trucker in the form of a fatal accident, their families deserve answers— and have a right to demand them. Questions that always arise in deadly collisions are whether or not the accident could have been avoided and whether any negligence contributed to the outcome of the crash.

In this incident in Greggs County, the family of the deceased truck driver needs answers as to what caused the truck to collide and catch on fire. While initial assumptions may lean towards driver distraction, it’s essential to consider that mechanical failure accounts for a notable portion of truck accidents, with approximately 10% attributed to such issues. The possibility of brake failure, among other mechanical malfunctions, cannot be ruled out until a thorough investigation is conducted.

May what led to this deadly collision be revealed soon for the sake of all involved.
