Hanzik Hydraulics, Inc. was hired to assist with the work performed at the wellhead and erected a floor deck over the wellhead without proper coordination, obstructing the plaintiff’s workspace and preventing him from safely securing his mobile platform.

Additionally, WSP USA, INC., hired to oversee safety compliance, failed to adequately manage and oversee the work performed at the wellhead, contributing to the unsafe conditions.

The lawsuit alleges negligence on the part of each defendant, outlining specific breaches of duty and failures to ensure a safe work environment. This includes negligence in hiring, supervising, training, and retaining employees. The plaintiff suffered serious injuries as a result of these negligent actions.
