Sammy brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our firm, having spent the initial years of his career representing large businesses in commercial litigation. His journey took a significant turn after his first jury trial, a pro bono case representing an individual in a highly contested matter. This pivotal experience opened Sammy’s eyes to the profound personal satisfaction and impact that comes from advocating for individuals, inspiring him to shift his focus towards representing those who have suffered injuries and losses due to negligence.

Sammy’s legal acumen is not only drawn from his time in commercial litigation but also from his deep involvement in the judicial system as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeff Manske in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. This role provided him with comprehensive insights into the judiciary and all litigation stages, enriching his ability to navigate complex legal challenges effectively.

A cum laude graduate from Baylor Law School, Sammy has demonstrated academic excellence and practical prowess. As an Articles Editor on the Baylor Law Review, he honed his research and writing skills, while his distinction as Best Speaker in the Chicago Bar Association National Moot Court Competition and as a Finalist in Baylor Law School’s “Mad Dog” Mock Trial Competition showcases his exceptional advocacy and trial skills.
