Thoughts on injuries at the workplace

One of the leading causes of construction site accidents is falling debris. Often, companies can prevent these types of incidents with strict safety procedures. These safety protocols include training workers on properly securing construction materials when not in use and implementing nets that serve as a protective barrier to reduce the risk of falling debris. Did the construction company in this incident have the minimum safety protocols in place?

Employers are responsible for prioritizing workplace safety, implementing proper training and safety protocols, and ensuring a secure environment for all workers. When they fail to do so, they should be held accountable.

If any negligence or wrongdoing is discovered, the injured worker deserves justice.
