Carbon County, Utah — Three people suffered critical injuries in an accident with a box truck on U.S. 6 Wednesday evening.

According to reports, a westbound box truck veered into the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with a pickup truck and a Toyota RAV4.

The pickup truck occupants did not require hospitalization; however, one RAV4 occupant is in critical condition, while the other occupant is in serious condition.

The box truck driver suffered serious injuries.
