Worker Killed in an Industrial Accident at Barry Steel Fabrication in Lockport, New York


Lockport, N.Y. — A man lost his life in an industrial accident at the Barry Steel Fabrication.

According to reports, no other worker witnessed the incident, and no surveillance video captured what happened. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has opened an investigation into the accident.

No further details have been released.
